BSL III Tuberculosis Diagnosis Laboratory, University of Malaya Medical Centre (UMMC)

The facility was built in Microbiology Laboratory and comprises of BSL II and BSL III. The total built up area of facility is 53m². The facility was designed & built with the collaboration of consultation and accredited to Australian & New Zealand Standard AS/NZS 2243.3.2009 . It is historically recognised as the 1st BSL III built complete with Assurance and Accreditation in Malaysia.
